Ensuring Every Beauty Tools is Safe and Reliable
Strict Raw Material Selection
We only use materials that meet international safety and cosmetic-grade standards. For example, the heating wire in our eyelash curlers is made of nickel-chromium alloy with stable resistance performance, ensuring safe and fast heating. ABS and PC plastics used in makeup mirrors and tool casings are flame-retardant and BPA-free.
Standardized Assembly Process
All beauty tools are assembled in dust-free workshops. We follow standardized work instructions for every step-from component installation to final assembly. This reduces manual error and ensures product consistency. Critical components like LED chips and lithium batteries are installed and tested by experienced operators.
In-Line Quality Inspection
During assembly, each unit undergoes 100% in-line testing. For heating tools, we check preheating time, temperature stability, and safety cut-off. For mirrors, we verify light brightness, color temperature response, and touch sensitivity. Faulty units are removed immediately for rework or scrapping.
Aging Test & Drop Test
Finished products undergo aging tests in simulated real-use environments. For instance, our heated eyelash curlers are continuously powered for 4 hours to check heat dissipation and material stability. We also perform drop tests from a height of 1.2 meters to assess structural integrity and battery safety.
Final Quality Audit Before Packing
Before packing, a final audit is conducted by the QC team based on AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards. This includes appearance inspection, function verification, and packaging integrity. Any non-conforming batch is held for corrective action and cannot be released.
Certifications and Compliance
Our beauty tools comply with CE, RoHS, and FCC standards. Lithium battery-related products meet UN38.3 transport safety certification. All disposable parts, such as sponge pads or brush heads, meet FDA or SGS material safety testing requirements.
